I’ve been training with Frank for almost 10 years now. I’m an undefeated professional MMA fighter (12-0), and been with Frank since the beginning of my amateur career. He is the one who taught me boxing, and he especially helped me with my footwork tremendously. He loves boxing and you can feel it when learning from him. He shares his knowledge in a smooth and understandable way, for everybody! I recommend him for all levels fighters, from starters, to pros.
