Any new news on being able to connect Assistable to other CRM systems?

I had a voice bot try to schedule an appt and instead read out loud the code and steps for scheduling. Anyone else having this issue?

my ai outbound is not working currently. last thing to troubleshoot is the wallet but i dont see where to see my wallet balance with current setup

If the prompt is more than 8000 characters but needs the additional prompting for functionality, do you suggest creating a document and adding it to knowledge base? ex. Contact Info Handling Rules, Privacy & PII Redaction Shield ✅ (Critical), Natural Flow Rules etc.?
