A wonderful community to be a part of with a truly great leader @Josh Trevorrow. I joined the group back in April and it was one of the best things I’ve done in a long time and I’ve never looked back. Josh is full of encouragement inspiration and has really given me my confidence back and I’m feeling so much fitter, have lost weight, my mindset is better and people have said how my posture has changed. So I couldn't be in a better place. Thank you so very much Josh for all your help ❤️
