Another Cool Win
So a few days ago I finished migrating my website from Mailerlite to SiteGrounds (using wordpress & divi themes) and it took me like 2 grueling months to do it >.> but so worth it. Before coming into this AI community (and the paid membership community), I thought page speed was kind of a myth and it didn't matter as much as google and others mentioned... But my site (1st fold) load time was like 6.5 seconds and now it's a little under 3 seconds. I've had a lot of pages ranking well, but now with a faster server it's starting to make a big impact... A city I live nearby, San Tan Valley, I was not ranking in, even though our Mesa, AZ page has been crushing it in GMB & #1 in organic (I've shared that one in the past)... But I got my first discovery call booked today in San Tan Valley which was cool to see. So after I double checked Google search console, I found out we actually were ranking there for the #1 organic listing in San Tan Valley. This is just the beginning but I've been so excited for the future! @Nicolas Gorrono's AI blog creation system, Building City connections in service pages, and optimization of website training in the paid community is soooooo undervalued. And no, he doesn't ask to me to share this, but I can't keep my mouth closed because it's so worth it. Now we're gona grow location pages and take over every city everywhere :) Thanks Nico, Tony and Adela for all you do all the time to support this community. And I hope this helps someone because this stuff is real 🙏 I really encourage you guys to join the AI Ranking premium community if you want to blast off your business. I have experienced this too. Worked on a lot of factors but SEO was slow. When I focussed on pagespeed and server caching to improve performances, rankings started improving automatically. Great stuff @William Moon
Google Favouring Forums Back to 2005
It looks like we've gone full circle and i'm getting old ☹️ I was doing a little keyword research using google search and noticed the "Forum" tab. I assume this is in response to getting rid of all the generic blog content out there. You know the ones, where you get 100 pages all saying "10 steps to blah, blah, blah" If you're old enough you may remember back in 2005 or thereabouts, they used to have a menu option for (Google) "groups" which was the forerunners to forums. I have a couple of blogs which have been badly hit by Google and I'm currently pivoting the style of content to make it suitable for Google 2025. What are you guys doing to combat the ever changing serps?

This is actually a positive sign. I really hope Quora and Reddit stop getting the first 3 positions for forum or question-based topics.

@Dan Barrett I think it will happen :)
SEO for Farsi (Persian) website
I can't find any resources for SEO analysis for other languages other than EN. Specially for Farsi (my native language) which is usually not listed as supported language. I have relativly old website (10+ years) that I have written 200+ articles related to life quality and soft skills. I have done some of the basic SEO stuff while writing the article but I guess I need to do much more than that since google is not sending as much organic visitor as it used to. Any recommendation? Btw, my website is: https://walkineden.com/

Not an RTL website person but this video reply has so much value hidden @Nicolas Gorrono. Great stuff, will revisit it again.
🚀 Qwen 2.5-Max: One of the Most Impressive AI Models Yet!
For the first time, I’ve encountered a model so complete that I’m struggling to summarize all its capabilities! After extensive testing, Qwen 2.5-Max, Alibaba’s latest model, has truly impressed me with its performance. 🧠 A Model That Outperforms Benchmarks? I tested Qwen 2.5-Max both on the standard platform and via the API, and its performance far exceeds published benchmarks! I compared it with other reasoning models using a concrete case: explaining black holes. 🔹 Models tested via API: - Qwen 2.5-Max → qwen-max-latest - o3 mini → o3-mini-2025-01-31 - o1 → o1-2024-12-17 - DeepSeek-R1 → deepseek-reasoner A detailed performance comparison: (attached) 👉 Conclusion: DeepSeek-R1 is the most complete and well-balanced model for a scientific audience. o1 excels in academic rigor. Qwen 2.5-Max, even without advanced CoT, stands out with its accessibility and pedagogical approach. o3 mini, on the other hand, offers an efficient yet more concise technical synthesis. 🔥 An Open-Source, All-in-One AI Solution Alibaba didn’t stop at just text generation. This model goes way beyond: ✅ Multi-version responses: You can query all model versions simultaneously! ✅ Code execution with Artefacts: Generate and run code directly on the platform. Game-changing! ✅ Multimodal generation: Text, images, videos, and internet search—all in one place! ✅ Completely open-source: A model of this caliber, freely accessible, is unheard of! 📌 As of today, Alibaba is the only major AI provider offering these services in a single, unified platform—and for free! 📢 Try it out here 👉 Qwen Chat 🎥 Example: Black Hole Explanation & Simulation During my testing, I used Qwen 2.5-Max to generate both a video and an image illustrating how black holes work. The model goes beyond theoretical explanations, producing visual content to support complex concepts. 📷 Generated Image: (attached) 🎬 Generated Video: (attached) 🔍 For more details, check out the technical report 👉 Qwen 2.5-Max Technical Report

This video is absolutely stunning @Kamel Irzouni. I was wondering how do you use it? Are you using OpenRouter to test out these models or something else?
Increased my Organic Traffic with a minor change
I am new to this incredible community, but I'll be sharing my SEO experiments, experience and anything new that I learn (ups and downs both). - I recently noticed that my author pages were marked as "noindex" in RankMath (WordPress plugin). - I changed it to index and also made sure that the author bio content matched the niche and expertise - for which the content was about. - It seems to have increased the traffic a bit. If you are curious about this, read more about Google E-E-A-T here https://www.semrush.com/blog/eeat/

@Nicolas Gorrono I am more of a "User acquisition" GA4 report person, only because Search console shows incomplete data that is tough to analyze, imo. I don't use Search console that often as of now, but maybe I'll start looking more into it after getting insights from your posts and live calls. Taking the first step by adding this screenshot.
