Hello everyone! I'm excited to be here. I suspect I have ADHD but I haven't been diagnosed and I'm not sure I want to pursue a diagnosis as I don't plan on meds or anything. I just treating myself like I do and looking for ways to help myself. I also have chronic fatigue but I have read that the ADHD and CFS symptoms can overlap. So who knows.
