This is a great, life-changing program. I hesitate to even call it a "program" because it is so much more. It is truly the best training I've ever had & it brings about lasting improvement to my life & my daily health regimen. Everything Zach teaches is exactly what we need to hear. And with no judgment about where we are on the journey. It focuses on everything: body, mind, meditation, strength, & nervous system. And it all gets back to the nervous system. Qigong, Tai Chi, breatathing, & more.
