@Heritage Samuel I read on reddit that people started JV with buyers and structure the contract to where they considered as a partner and not as a wholesaler. I read another where they put the contract under an Ilc and sell the Ilc

@Nadia Smith that's awesome but let me ask you, what would you do if you're trying to close a deal but then you have to go to your part time? Or if your job calls you in early while trying to close?

@Boudy Wright i work in a lot of departments, not all at once though. But they do call me on the speaker to go check at at cash registers when needed. So it's a pain in the ass for me.

Just a short list first and then call them. To be honest, the only reason why I haven't done it sooner is because I'm a bit overwhelmed.
