Going Ghost & Paying the Price
I've heard too many people give the advice of going ghost for a season, grinding and making a comeback Sadly, I took it too far and ghosted even clients, lol...people that could have become clients As I'm preparing for the so called "come back" I'm looking through my over 2k leads that most won't remember me anymore or even care what I have to say Makes me think of the saying "What you leave will leave you" You cannot abandon people and expect them to care about you when you're now ready for them Ignoring your customers also happens when you're not showing up, when you're not putting yourself out there Now I'm having to start all over again, to revive my dead list and start building an audience again I'm thinking of where to find Russell's trainings on Reviving Dead Lists, can't remember the exact title Funny I have two of those from Russell, I just have to find them in the midst of everything Anyways, lesson learned, price paid. Now we build

Hacking Russell - The Greatest Cheat Code!!!
So I posted early that I was modeling the Selling Online Challenge for a client I modeled 90% of it and I want to share the numbers we got from the just concluded workshop I modeled the upsell options, but I left out the VIP questions and affiliate offer (would add it in the next workshop) Before I share that, I would like to also add my unfair advantage is having watched @Doug Boughton nail too many challenges over the last few years and being privileged to see the inner working and to learn from him directly Doug's practical numbers and benchmarks gave me a set expectation and target for these numbers I modeled Doug's notes from Russell's event and here are the stats below; Total Workshop Signups - 39 Attendees VIP Tickets Sold - 15 Upgrades - 39% Day 1 - 22 Showed Up - 56% Day 2 - 17 Showed Up - 44% Day 3 - 14 Showed - 36% Offer Pitch - 12 Live During the Offer Stack - 31% On the call sales - 5 (1 had billing issue, had to jump on a call to fix it) Close Rate - 42% (saw the offer) Spending the next week following up, sending out replays and getting the numbers up PS: The Payment was a mid-level offer for a private consultation with bonuses and they would be sold on a much higher ticket offer on the call (which they were already prepped for and are interested in) They paid to reserve their spots and get the consultation PPS: We had just two weeks to prepare for this workshop, I didn't want to put it off, we decided to do it regardless, and optimize for the main one which we would continue to run. PPPS: I'm excited to implement more of Doug's strategies on how he runs challenges to increase engagement and using more of Russell's strategies to optimize the funnels to increase the conversion Updates coming soon

💥 Excited for Day 2! Don't feel overwhelmed!! 💥
I remember the first few courses I took from Russell and I remember the feeling like it was yesterday. THERE IS SO MUCH INFORMATION!!! Remember the picture of the kid in the garden hose! We have all been there! I am sure that many of you guys ended the last video yesterday overwhelmed. You probably woke up this morning thinking... "There is so much information, so where do I start?" Then your next thought was about today, and how much more information you were about to get. The cool thing about Russell is that, while there is a lot of information, it's structured! There is a successful pattern to everything! I always try to soak in as much of the information and the energy as I can in the moment. Then I go back later and revisit everything... step by step! I promise you that these feeling are normal and that YOU WILL GET THIS!!!! AND IT WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE!!! Just take it one day at a time, one step at a time. In your down time, go back over your notes and workbook. If you got the replays you can go back through everything step by step, pausing wherever you need to, to put the pen to paper and take the next step! You got this! Get a big cup of coffee, take a few deep breaths, and get excited for another day of life changing training! BECAUSE IT IS GOING TO BE HUGE! YOU GOT THIS!!!!!
