Cala estate, the need for a shop is ridiculous. Margiotta was mentioned in the space across from the park and football pitch but nothing came of it.

Steve Jones, originally from Wales but have lived in Scotland for over 15 years. Most think I'm a scouser though as I have an English accent . Dad of two here in North Berwick and love doing a bit of everything like football, golf, music, drawing, and just anything really. When I work I'm accountable for a consultancy firms IT delivery portfolio for resources clients in Scotland. It's an interesting space at the moment given Scotlands persuit to net zero and adoption of AI.

I've mentioned already that a rehearsal space for kids would be huge. Mushroom studios is down the road near Fenton barns, the guy who's runs it is called Mushie and is a top guy.

@Nick McCashin also thinking about it, a rehearsal space promotes more inclusivity in the community as you may have some kids who struggle with sporting activities
