Puzzles Are Meant To Be Solved!!
Most of the problems we face feel unique. They feel personal. Heavy. Unsolvable. But here’s a perspective I love from Simon Sinek: "There are a finite number of problems... but an infinite number of solutions." Meaning: chances are extremely high that whatever you’re facing right now has been faced before. Not by you — but by someone. And if a human created a way through it once, a way exists again. The trap isn’t the problem. The trap is deciding there’s no solution. HuRU isn’t about pretending problems don’t exist. It’s about building the identity of someone who says: 👉 “Okay. This is hard. Now let’s solve it.” Problem solvers don’t wait for perfect conditions. They experiment. They look from new angles. They ask better questions. They borrow ideas. They try again. Infinite solutions only appear to people willing to search for them. So if today feels stuck, here’s your reminder: You’re not trapped. You're mid-puzzle. And puzzles are meant to be solved. What problem are you choosing to solve instead of avoid this week? 👇

Love this so much!
Get Out of the "Meh"
We all like to think we’re cool, calm, and unbothered. And then... something actually matters. Cue the emotions. When you care — about people, ideas, goals — you risk feeling exposed. You want connection, but not the awkward part. Confidence, but not the second-guessing. Approval would be nice... criticism, not so much. But here’s the HuRU truth: If you’re feeling it, you’re probably doing something worth doing. Growth doesn’t happen in the “meh.” It happens when you lean in, get a little uncomfortable, and realize the messy middle is where the good stuff lives. So if things feel a little loud, tender, or weird right now, congrats! You’re human. And you’re in the game. Quick HuRU poll (no overthinking): Right now, how are you feeling... 🔹🔹 🔹 🔹 🔹 Vote, comment, or ignore all rules and do your own thing. (That’s very on-brand after all. 😁)

I’m really excited about this year with my wonderful community! 🤩
The HuRU Network
Let’s talk about networks — not the awkward, business-card-shuffle kind... but the real kind. The kind built on conversations, curiosity, and actually giving a damn. This season, we’re being intentional about who we surround ourselves with and how we show up. Because growth doesn’t happen in isolation. Opportunities don’t come from algorithms alone. And momentum is almost always borrowed before it’s built. Your next breakthrough might not come from what you know... but who you know — or who knows you because you served them well. So instead of asking, “Who can help me? ”What if we asked: 👉 Who can I help? 👉 Who needs what I already know? 👉 Who would benefit from a real conversation right now? That’s how real networks are built. Not transactional. Intentional. Human. HuRU. CTA 👇 Drop a comment and tell us one of these: 🔹How are you intentionally building your network right now? 🔸Who do you need to meet this year? 🔹OR… who are you looking to serve, support, or connect with next? Tell us: Hu R U? and What do U do? Let’s build bridges, not just contact lists. 💥

I am focused on creating a space where women feel seen and valued by their community. A home away from home where we support each other because too often in this world women feel sidelined and lose a piece of themselves. I want to remind them that we are in this together and we are all enough as we are 💗
