The season of joy is upon us
I just returned to the Pacific Northwest where I live, from New York where I went through some rehabilitation. Winter is almost here. Before my injury over 5 years ago, I practiced a powerful breathing technique from Ramtha called C&E which I did regularly sitting cross legged. I manifested greatly. I also learned about this time of year, the season of “Christ in Mass”, and about ancient ceremonies where the great Oak would be honored for its immortality and wisdom. I learned to love winter for its great silence - the space that it allows for nature to be still and dream the dream of a new spring. When doing @Nick Sweeney ’s beautiful breath sequences, I experience that same quality of winter with the breath hold. The space to create my body and my life anew. In the C&E breath as well, I would breathe excessively to raise the energy to the head and then “float”. It’s in that space that anything we focus upon is observed without static, without monkey mind and when that moment of observation occurs, our dream has literally become “real” in higher dimensions. It then cascades down the levels to present itself to us in “Mass” - in the physical plane and we call that manifestion. All of this to say that I discovered Nick and Coherence during rehab in New York three weeks ago and though I’m still in rehab, I am utterly grateful to have such a powerful tool reopened to me that, I can do lying down. I feel deeper benefits now because the years of pain and testing have softened and humbled me, thus making me a greater vessel for experiencing the love of God. So as this season unfolds, I hope that all of you experience the fullness and stillness of winter (it’s almost here) , the joy of the season of magic and dreaming spectacular, delightful new dreams for the spring ahead. PS: in the new year I usually engage a ceremony with my entire family where we create our year. This time I will have everyone (including myself) download Coherence and we’ll create our year using this amazing tool and method. ❤️
Last Month in Coherence Skool - the Movement is Moving!
Here is a snapshot of what has been happening inside Coherence Skool in the first month. Breath by breath, this space is the connected community for a more coherent world. Our mission is simple and ambitious - 1 billion people breathing in sync. Life is better shared. Every synchronized breath is a tiny vote for that reality. "Coherence" isn't just a nice word, we are embodying it in our nervous systems, in our calendars, and in our community. HIGHLIGHT POSTS • Coherence Skool Kickoff - The official ignition of this community. Nick laid out the vision, the live call rhythm, and what it looks like to use Coherence as a daily anchor instead of another app that gathers dust. If you want the “start here” energy for the movement, this is it. • Meet the Team - Get to know the humans behind the system. Nick, Jack, Indy, Natalie, Ian, and Lukas each bring their own path through stress, performance, and healing. This post connects the dots so you know who is holding the space on each call and how they can support you. • Startup Story Feature - The Coherence app and movement were featured on Startup Story. This thread shares the feature and gives you a behind the scenes look at how this went from an idea to a living, breathing ecosystem. Great one to watch if you want to understand the bigger story you are part of. • The Movement is Moving! - Daily Sync numbers are climbing, new features are rolling out, and the “first of billions” are showing up twice a day. This post recaps the recent wins, including new records for synced breath sessions and the growing global field we are building together. ------------------------------------------------ COMMUNITY INTRODUCTIONS Here are all the members who shared an introduction post this month. Take a moment to scroll through them, welcome a few people, and strengthen the fabric of this community breath by breath.

@Lukas Kulbis - a very inspiring recap. I love that you emphasized this space as a movement. Indeed I am continuing to practice the various sequences by Nick daily- morning, noon and night! The more we practice, the more real the results. Breath is God.
GLADIATOR SEQUENCE IS LIVE
If you haven’t already, explore the sequence tab on the app. You can even make you own! I do it this way: 1. Create a playlist of music I want to breathe to 2. Find the right breathing speed to each song/breath holds 3. Record my voice over. You can do it too and it’s super easy! If you don’t have time, explore those made already by the community 🙏 Happy breathing everyone 💯🙏❤️😮‍💨

Wow - great job making the app next level for humanity’s accelerated evolution! I’ve built apps and it’s an iterative process. Your product delivery speed and excitement is going to make Coherence top the charts.

PS : I’m going to have to buy a newer phone (I’m still on iPhone 8) and the app doesn’t load…but I’ve been using your YouTube videos to get me through rehab. I’m now motivated to get a newer phone so I can try the sequences and features.
Crisis conquered this week
Endeavoring to heal hip, pelvis, legs, feet thorax, shoulders and neck. Self hypnosis (which helps me see the emotional root cause of the physical pain). and Ramtha’s teachings have helped me greatly over the past 5 years. I had a crisis this week with the feet (foot tendons and fascia). I’ve been doing Arnica every hour, baths with salts 3 times a day and Vortex Breath morning, evening and during baths. I find that I am able visualize the vortex better progressively, particularly during breathhold. I am better today and able to post. Thanks everyone for your focus. ✌️

What are you Grateful for?
On a recent call with Nick Sweeney, he said something that has stuck with me (well, this is one thing, he's a man overflowing with wisdom) He said: "Gratitude is the ultimate state of receivership" We often get so wound up in all of the problems in our lives that we lose touch with the foundational things that really matter. - the air we breathe - the clean water we drink - the friends and community that we connect with - the freedom that we have to choose “I cried because I had no shoes until I met a man who had no feet.” - Hellen Keller Thanksgiving isn't limited to a 1-day holiday, it's an opportunity that we have access to every day of the year, every moment of each day. There's tons of scientific evidence that shows that a gratitude practice is incredibly beneficial for living a fulfilling and healthy life, yet there's a big gap between knowing something and acting on it. Spend a minute practicing now - Write what you are grateful for in the comments
