The "Analysis Paralysis" Fix
The comfort zone loves "research." We spend weeks "studying" so we don't have to "do." Implement the 70% Rule. If you have 70% of the information and 70% of the confidence, take the step. The remaining 30% of clarity only comes after you’ve stepped outside your comfort zone. What is one project you’ve been "researching" for too long?

Reclaiming Your Morning
If you let your inbox or notifications run your morning, the day is already running you. Try the "60-Minute Fortress." No phone or email for the first hour of work. Use that time only for your #1 priority. What is the biggest distraction that tries to "run" your morning?

The "Decision Fatigue" Solution
The more decisions you have to make, the more the day runs you. Solution: Automate the mundane. Eat the same breakfast, wear a similar "uniform," and plan your day the night before. Save your "decision muscle" for the big moves that actually grow your business or life. What is one small part of your life you’ve successfully automated?

Overcoming the "Zero Experience"
Wall The most common problem I see creators face is being afraid to start trying because they have "zero experience." They get stuck believing they need a degree or years of proof. Experience is only earned by action. Authority is only projected by conviction. You don't need a certificate; you need a single result. Go find one person, help them solve one small problem, get the result, and that result is now your authority. You acquire competence by doing the "tried" things. What is the very first, tiniest client result or win you remember achieving?

The "Next Best Move"
Focus To go from "afraid" to "excited," you must go from "overthinking" to "doing." Overthinking builds a wall of fear. Doing builds a ladder of momentum. When you feel overwhelmed, ignore the big goal. Just ask: "What is the single best 15-minute task I can finish right now?" Do that one task. Action creates clarity and dissolves fear. What is the "Next Best 15-Minute Move" you are committing to finishing immediately after you close this app?
