🚀 NEW TRAINING JUST DROPPED
How To Start Your Recruiting Agency in 90 Days (And Land Your First $20K Placement) I just released a full YouTube breakdown covering everything you actually need to launch your recruiting business from scratch. Not theory. Not fluff. Not “someday” motivation. A real 90-day blueprint. Inside the video I cover: • The 4 recruiting models (and which one stops you from working for free) • How to legally launch your LLC / S-Corp the right way • The exact tools you need (spoiler: it’s less than you think) • How to position 20–30% fees confidently • Engaged search + performance-based structures that get you paid upfront • How to optimize LinkedIn to attract inbound clients • What to ignore so you don’t waste time or money Most people overcomplicate this business. You don’t need: ❌ Office space ❌ Employees ❌ A fancy website ❌ Massive startup capital You need: ✅ One niche ✅ One hiring manager ✅ One signed agreement ✅ One placement That first deal changes everything. We’ve had members with zero recruiting background land deals inside 90 days. The difference wasn’t luck — it was clarity + execution. If you're new, this is required viewing. If you’re stuck in contingency, this will shift your model. If you’re already placing, this will help you increase margins. Drop a comment after you watch: 👉 Which model are you committing to first?Contingency, Direct Hire, Engaged Search, or Performance-Based? Let’s build real agencies in here, not side hustles. – Russ

Thank you, Russ. This is really amazing❤️. May I ask what if the client comes and says that we have closed this role from another channel or internally? Then we need to refund the fees, and our search work wasn't compensated. I would really appreciate your guidance 😊

@Russell Liebowitz May I ask what motivates the client to agree to such agreement with new recruitment business? They would lose the deposit if they didn't hire our talents

Leverage your recruitment experience
Hi everyone ⭐♥️ I’ve noticed that most recruitment businesses rely on a commission-based model, where income only comes after closing a deal and completing the candidate’s probation period (which can take 1–6 months depending on the company). For someone just starting out without high volume or pipeline, this seems very high-risk. Do you have advice on this? Do you use different business models, or have a clearer/ bigger vision for recruitment that works better in the early stages? Any insights would be really appreciated!"

@Siddhi Poudyal Hello, Siddihi. Thank you for your response. Actually I haven't attended the training yet. I'm really wondering what makes companies pay you upfront as most prefer 100% after placement. I would appreciate your guidance
Stop Blending In. Start Standing Out.
Most recruiters send the same boring resumes and hope hiring managers notice. That’s why I created the Most Placeable Candidate (MPC) Template, built right into our ATS...designed to make your candidates pop off the screen. Why it works: - Clean, bold layout - Key skills & wins up top - Personal intro video - Clear “Let’s talk” CTA Results: More replies. More interviews. More placements. I’m dropping a video demo today showing exactly how I build it. 👉 Comment “MPC” below and I’ll send it to you.
