Wanting to stay consistent in prayer and the Word is already a good sign. It shows your heart truly wants to grow closer to Christ. That matters. One thing I’ve learned is that it doesn’t always have to be long hours. Even small, sincere moments with God daily can build strong discipline over time. God looks at the heart more than the length of time. What do you feel makes it hardest for you to stay consistent right now? Work? Tiredness? Distractions? We’re all growing together. And God will help us as we stay willing. 🙏

Thank you for sharing this honestly. Journaling isn’t easy for everyone, so don’t feel bad about that. Not every spiritual tool works the same way for every person. Sometimes it’s not that you’re weak at it — it might just not be your natural way of connecting. You could try keeping it very simple, maybe just writing one or two lines after prayer. No pressure to make it deep or long. And I love that you mentioned mentors. That’s such a blessing. We really do grow faster and stronger when we have the right people guiding us.
