When setting up DR workflows and offers does anyone here setup multiple DR workflows with different offers in them? For instance a custom AV integrator might have several different categories of customers with, smart home systems, security systems, or home theaters. You wouldn't necessarily send a customer with only a security system a deal about home theaters. Am I making this too complicated?

Hi everyone, I have taken a look at the workflows for the various sources (FB, IG, webchat, GMB, and textback). I noticed that FB, IG, and GMB pause for 24 hours before responding to a lead. Is this done on purpose? The webchat and textback respond immediately. Any reason for the difference? Would love to know. Thank!
