Student housing
Do you guys know anyone doing student housing in Fort Wayne? Bought a rental recently in 46835, walking distance from Purdue 4bd 2.5 ba. Debating still if keeping it as long term rental or student housing. Any advice is welcome!

What's one mistake you made in real estate that cost you money, but taught you something you will never forget?

learning how to read settlement statements!! It’s really easy to miss price amendments, miss unnecessary title charges being added, Ect! Always double, and then triple check your closing statements and purchase / sale paperwork to make sure you’re getting the full amount of profit out of the deal you worked so hard for!
