Hey everyone — Quick question… does anyone have updated bot goals or any workflows set up to stop the Conversation AI from spamming warm leads? I’m running into a big issue where I’ll get replies from my SMS campaign while I’m at work, and since I can’t respond right away, the AI just keeps firing off message after message. By the time I check back, the lead’s been spammed to death and ghosted me. I’ve already lost a few dozen warm leads this way, and it’s super frustrating. I’ve been working with XLeads support all week trying to tweak workflows and fix the Conversation AI, but nothing seems to be solving it. If anyone’s figured out a workaround or has a solid setup for this, I’d really appreciate any help or insight. 🙏
