This recipe is one serving - want to make more? Double or triple the amount! I love a meal prep that I can eat cold and it still tastes great. I don't like heating food up in the clinic because, you know, it will then smell like my food 😬 Not everyone has fish on their plan, depends on the food preferences, but a lot of people do so I wanted to give you an option!

This recipe is one serving - want to make more? Double or triple the amount! Unless there is an allergy, this option should be available to everyone! If nuts & seeds aren't listed in your meal suggestions or protein list, you may very well have Mandelade listed in the "Additional Information" section. I won't lie - I kinda dismissed this meal for the longest time - but then I tried it and it's really good, especially warm! While you can change the apple out for another fruit on your list, I personally prefer the apple because of the firmer, crispier texture. You can also experiment with other spices too! >> Don't overchop the almonds and sunflower seeds, unless you prefer a softer, mushier texture!

When it’s just me and my husband at home and I’m cooking it’s been great. Cravings down in less than a week. But eating out over Christmas was a challenge for sure. Plus we had 7 big events at our house. Glad it is settling and I can remove some temptations right out of the house!
