This is something I want to move onto next. Building a pdf, pitch deck short and on point. I want to use this as part of trying to connect, network and seek potential investors. Not initially JV but maybe on loan agreements for example. Just wondered on people's thoughts around this? Any input on what to include, what to avoid. I guess in the why invest with me, why i want to get in into this, what i want to do for them as an investor.

I think right now and for the foreseeable there is a huge opportunity to be our AUTHENTIC OURSELVES. It's so easy to get ChatGPT or another Ai model to write your social media posts, to script your videos, to create your images and to create your videos for you but.... My newsfeed is drowning in Ai created content (videos, written posts) and it all sounds the same and looks the same. What do I always say???? 'Don't be generic when posting and building your own brand be it personal or for your business.' My advice is to use Ai to help you come up with ideas but don't have it write your posts and then copy and paste that thinking it's amazing content. It might sound good... But.... IT WON'T SOUND LIKE YOU! It will likely sound overly corporate, it will sound soul-less and it will be void of any real identity. I will be doing a workshop on the fine lines of utilising Ai in business and where not to use it! The last thing any of us want is to 'all sound the same.' We need identity and unique messages and branding or we will disappear into the noise of posts and brands that all sound empty and void of any personality! I'm interested in how use Ai at the moment - I'd love to hear your thoughts...

If you lived in a property worth £200,000 and you had £200,000 cash in the bank. Would you: A) Pay off the mortgage and save yourself the mortgage payment each month OR B) Invest the £200,000 into something else (stocks/shares ISA, property, crypto) OR C) Something else? This really makes you think about the emotional decision over the strategic decision and there's no wrong answer... it's simply doing what you believe is right for you. But what would you do and why?
