Tool: Recall Why This Tool: Recall turns everything you read, watch, or listen to (articles, YouTube videos, podcasts, PDFs, Google Docs) into AI-powered summaries and stores them in one searchable knowledge base that automatically organizes and connects your ideas, so you never lose a valuable insight again. Best For: Entrepreneurs drowning in saved content they never revisit, coaches researching multiple sources for program development, professionals who consume tons of educational content but struggle to retain it, anyone with 100+ browser tabs or scattered notes across platforms Cost: Free plan available, premium plans for advanced features (check getrecall.ai/pricing for current rates) Website: https://www.getrecall.ai/ Quick Win Prompt: "Install the Recall browser extension, then spend the next hour consuming content like you normally would (watch a YouTube video, read an article, open a PDF). Click the Recall button on each piece of content to save and summarize it instantly. At the end of the hour, open your Recall knowledge base and see everything you just consumed organized, summarized, and searchable in one place. You've just built the foundation of your personal AI-powered second brain." Other Things Recall Can Do: - Chat with your entire knowledge base: Ask questions across everything you've ever saved and get answers that pull from multiple sources, connecting ideas you didn't know were related - Automatic knowledge graph: Watch your saved content organize itself with smart tags and visual connections that surface related ideas while you browse, turning passive reading into active discovery - Spaced repetition for retention: Use built-in memory techniques to actually remember what you consume instead of just collecting content you'll never look at again - Cross-platform sync: Access your knowledge base through browser extensions (Chrome, Firefox), mobile apps (iOS, Android in beta), and web app so your insights are always available

This seems like a great tool I can use now as I research how to better serve the musicians I help. I have so many notion boards for keeping ideas. This would help improve my idea cataloguing!
If you have NO IDEA how AI can help you...
Open any AI tool. It doesn't matter which one! Type this prompt: “Ask me one question at a time to understand what I do, and when you have enough information, clearly explain how you can help me.”

I just used the prompt as a reason to try out Gemini for the first time. I’ve been using ChatGPT for a year and have been hesitant to try Gemini. Well, I’m impressed. In a few short minutes it gave me some new business ideas that I had never considered!
Gemini VS Chat GPT
I have been using Chat GPT ever since the beginning of 2023, To the point I can call it my best buddy. I was always prioritizing Chat GPT among other LLM's like Claude, Depp Seek and Gemini, because the responses, the GPT Consultants and the integration with other apps. Two weeks ago, Google Launched Gemini 3.... and I have to say it blew my mind, to the point I barely using Chat GPT now. Gemini can now create images, apps, videos, build artifacts and even predict what you want to say within seconds. Google also released an extension in Google Chrome so you can investigate and read through the page you are viewing and even more. I also host a podcast, and to me crafting the description, the title and the miniature image, I had to go through several apps, like Glasp, Chat GPT and Canva and it basically took a couple hours to complete the whole process.. Now guess what? Google and Youtube are the same stuff, so I just need to upload the episode, keep it in private, and then ask Gemini to read it, help me with the description, craft the image and even game cool moments to create clips. So... will this be the end of Chat GPT? I don't know, but I just know google is doing exactly the same thing they and apple did to blackberry 15 years ago... studying a niche in the market, test it, improve it and get the market for themselves. Just food for thought... Thanks

Oh wow, Jesus. I'm the same way where I almost exclusively use ChatGPT for all my AI needs. I've been avoiding learning any other tools since I have ChatGPT so well-trained. But I've been frustrated with its inability to combine tasks or create images. So your post has pretty much convinced me to try Gemini!

@David Brown thank you! I should have thought of that because I am often having ChatGPT update my personal brand identity doc or my Business Plan doc and I re-upload that into ChatGPT. That helps me keep its memory streamlined and up to date. So I’m already set to transition to Gemini, I suppose!
Workbook
Is there any tool who can create a beautiful workbook ? I have written a book and I want to create a workbook where it lists all of the exercises. Thank you

I have a workbook I'm creating as well, and I've been wrestling with Canva to get it to fit into one of the Canva workbook templates. Canva AI didn't really help much. I finally just fed my workbook text into ChatGPT, uploaded screenshots of the Canva template pages, and ChatGPT guided me page by page on which template page to use for what text. Then I shared with it the pages, and it gave me suggestions on layout and text size. It wasn't a fast process, but it was certainly easier than figuring out the page layouts in Canva all on my own.
How ChatGPT Gaslights Us
It’s taken me a while to learn how to communicate to ChatGPT so it doesn’t just agree with everything I suggest. I’ve gotten better at asking it to challenge my ideas and as a result, my business planning and goal-setting has leveled up. I also use it to plan my daily schedule and it actually just called me out on a bad habit I have when I try to get creative work (music composition and production) done in afternoon time blocks. Today it told me “Stick to your music composition project. No going on Skool!” 😂 So I know it finally will hold me accountable and not allow me to veer off into other tasks. This TikTok is a great representation of how ChatGPT can just allow us to randomly jump from goal to goal https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8UN9qeW/

@Rick Guzman yeah it can be WAY too agreeable. It does well with instructions to be critical or questioning.
