Any good source of protein ?
I am a student of 16 year and 8 months old weight 77.5 kg height 176.5 cm I am an indian and lives in india and I am not the encharge of food I only drink a smoothie that is made by myself with milk 300ml Nuts and Seeds: 1. Almonds: 5 2. Walnuts: 2 halves 3. Cashews: 2 4. Pistachios: 5 5. Chia seeds: ½ spoon 6. Sunflower seeds: 1 spoon 7. Pumpkin seeds: 1 spoon Dry Fruits: 13. Dates: 2 14. Chuhare: 2 15. Normal raisins: 10–15 16. Munakka: 5–7 17. Anjeer: 1
