DOGGONE IT TO HECK!!
I want to find properties that have not had 1,000 people call already. It seems like everyone I call and get on the phone they have already been saturated and they want to punch me through the phone! It sucks!!!!

@Nathaniel Taylor resolving not being able to dispo the deals? I didn't. We lost the deals. I was just an acquisition guy and I didn't know anything at all about dispo.

Put a few hours in today. Maybe 20-ish sticky notes and about 10 leads that im gonna skip trace and call on. I should probably take note of all of the addresses i put notes on so I can harass them in the future if they dont call me... Good times.

Hello everyome... Been a bit distracted by LIFE... I am back.... I just wanted to bring some humor with me... I think some of us here are the people on the sidewalk and some of us here are the guy in the limo... Thanks to Zach we wll have the chance now to be the guy in the LIMO!!!! THanks Zach...
