Sometimes bad things happen. Some of those bad things aren't really so bad. Some of those bad things are almost unimaginable. Today I heard one of the things in the second category. It's not my own personal news, but the kind of thing that just makes everything else seem small and insignificant. So if you're having a bad day... Consider whether or not it is something you can overcome or something that will change you forever. Because it's usually the first thing. This brings to mind a book that I read in college that had the same impact on me... "The Diving Bell and The Butterfly" I've recommended it to pretty much everyone I know since and have gifted it multiple times. Also, I've shared this video before but it is something to consider. ONE LOVE. 🙏
Here are a couple good ones I found: When Chuck Norris turned 18 he moved out and told his dad "you're the man of the house now." Chuck Norris carried the ambulance to the hospital as he was dying. Chuck Norris could strangle you with a cordless phone. Chuck Norris didn't die, he left Earth to challenge more formidable opponents. The grim reaper didn't find Chuck Norris, Chuck Norris found the grim reaper.
Many people have heard "Get Low" 🎶 With most things, the best way is to ease in. This is one of the reasons Tai Chi works so well... It's done slow, controlled, balanced, aligned... And goes with the flow. ENJOY. 🙏
