I LIVE IN AFRICA AND VIRTUALLY CLOSED MY FIRST WHOLESALE DEAL
Hey everyone, I don’t know who will read this, but please—don’t give up. Listen closely to what Zach and Rick are teaching. When I started my journey 4 months ago, I was at rock bottom. I joined one of Zach and Rick’s lives and explained my entire situation. I live in a small African country called Eswatini, with a population of just 1.3 million and an average income of only $2,500 a year. At the time, I was embarrassed to admit the truth, so I told them I made the average income. But today, I want to be honest: I actually make just $142 a month—around $1,700/yr .To many in the U.S., that may sound unbelievable, but if you look up my country, you’ll understand the conditions here. After sharing my story, Zach gave me a clear game plan: pull government lists and cold call them. On March 27, 2025—two days after my mom’s birthday—I set a 3-month plan to close my first deal by June 27, 2025. I had confidence because I connected with a boots-on-the-ground partner who found me through Zach’s live and reached out via Facebook. Nobody around me believed I could succeed—people just don’t “make it out” where I’m from. But one thing that kept me going was knowing I could be a pioneer in my country. Nobody here is talking about wholesaling. The closest thing to “making money online” people know is forex—and even then, very few succeed. I also have to give a special shout-out to my mom, who believed in me and borrowed $150 a month to help fund my wholesaling journey. This lady is going to get all of my fruits of labor. She is absolutely a star in my life Here was my daily routine: - 7 AM – 5 PM: Work - 7 PM – 2 AM: Wholesaling (cold calling, studying, improving my skills) - 2 AM – 3 AM: Workout and review scripts/KPIs - 3:15 AM – 7 AM: Sleep I kept this schedule for 100 days straight. Weekends were a bit easier—I’d cold call for 2 hours on Saturdays and rest on Sundays. The first week of cold calling was brutal. My English was rough, sellers couldn’t always understand me, and I was nervous every time I heard the prices they threw out (the biggest numbers I’d ever heard in my life, lol). By week two, I started to improve. I grew more comfortable, cared less about rejection, and studied objections until I knew them well. My English improved a lot because I watched videos during the day, and I leaned on motivational videos and prayer to keep me going.

@Bernard Property Acquisitions not at this time in Topeka, if you send the address, I could take a look and contact some buyers over there to see if anyone is interested in it.

@Bernard Property Acquisitions I am still working on my buyers list for Kansas City, I have like 2 so not many at this time. Still building relationships and trying to weed out all the fake buyers
Under Contract 🌟
I got my first contract signed yesterday!! 🙌It is a piece of vacant land w/ utilities and ready to be built on. What are some good hedge funds you guys are submitting your assignable contracts to for vacant buildable lots? I am posting in investor groups on fb, want to submit to some good hedge funds, where else are y'all marketing? Ready to get this closed as soon as I can.

@Jadyn Tavarez I am sure you will be able to understand the info in the videos that are provided. Just try not to overthink things, stay consistent and make sure your mind set is good and you are confident in yourself. I know exactly what you mean about the mentor thing, I know a lot of people starting and me included wish we had that. It's like when you start a new job, they train you on what you are supposed to do and where you are supposed to be, but the outcome isn't great. This is you starting your own business, so all you have to do is make a clear game plan for yourself, make a schedule on certain things you are supposed to do throughout the day and in which time frames. As long as you stick to the business plan and follow through then you will achieve success.

Thanks!! Kansas City, MO & Kansas City, KS and the surrounding areas of both. What about you?
Powerdialer
Hi, I have watched some videos and maybe I am overthinking it, but I cannot get my powerdialer to start calls. Maybe I am missing something in the settings?? I have added the powerdialer tag to all the contacts, went to the conversations and then the manual actions as the xleads video shows but it just says Good Work! You have no pending tasks. Also, when I click on the phone image, it shows my email and the number I purchased but states "User not assigned". Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? If not, I will contact support or billing for assistance. TIA

@Thomas Davis I Finally got it fixed. Thanks so much for trying to help out. Let the calls begin.
Question? Don't get me wrong please
When choosing my zip code, I meant to choose the one where I used to live. It isn't the greatest but also not the absolute worst. I mistakenly chose a zip code that I thought was previously mine but turns out it is literally one of the worst parts of town. I am adding leads as we speak. However, I haven't checked buyers in this area at this time yet, and I am kind of concerned. I myself was robbed at gun point and my phone, wallet and car were stolen about a month and a half ago. There have been 120 homicides in the area since the beginning of the year. Can I use this as an advantage or is it a complete disadvantage because it is such a rough part of town? Lord help me!!! @Zach Ginn @Zach Ginn

Ahh, thanks so much. I don't remember that part, but I hope that is the case because I am not sure there will be a lot of buyers that way.

@Dalil Mikho Thank you, I appreciate that. I already have 800 plus leads that I am working on calling soon so I will stick with it for this month. Next month I will be changing zip codes. However, thank you for the response. I will start connecting with buyers so if something does go under contract, I won't be struggling to get and end buyer. Your response was gold!! 🌟
