Keeping my ITIN active! 👋
I want to make sure my ITIN doesn't expire. Is it okay to file taxes with $0 income or just a small amount? Also, which online service do you recommend for ITIN tax filing? Looking for something easy and affordable... Let me know below.

Business Credit — Basics (Part 3)
Net-30 Vendors Now we get into the part everyone talks about… Net-30 accounts What is Net-30? It simply means you buy something today and have 30 days to pay. If the vendor reports your payment, it becomes a tradeline on your business credit. Why do we need them? Because at the beginning, you have no tradelines. No tradelines = no profile No profile = no approvals Net-30 vendors are usually the easiest way to start building that history. My experience (real talk) I tried going straight for the “good” ones like: • Uline • Newegg • Others Got rejected. Not because the business is bad — but because I had zero tradelines. So I had to start with the “starter” vendors: • Office Garner • Coast to Coast Office Supply • Nine to Five Essentials • JJ Gold • Crown Office Supplies These are easier to get, but let’s be honest… 👉 You will likely pay for overpriced products or subscriptions 👉 Some feel like you’re just paying to build credit That’s just part of the game in the beginning. Important point Not all vendors are equal when it comes to reporting. Some report consistently. Some barely report. For example, Amazon has not been reliable (from what I’ve seen so far). So always ask: 👉 Does this vendor actually report? And where? What I did to simplify things I summarized a list of Net-30 vendors + which bureaus they report to, based on data from Nav Prime. Sharing it here free for everyone — hopefully saves you time and trial & error. (see attached list) This should help you start building your first tradelines faster.

Coming Liquidity Crunch
How high is the possibility of another 2008-style financial meltdown? How to guard against it?

WIN – Navy Federal Credit Union Approved! 🇺🇸🏦
Had to come share this — just got the green light from Navy Federal and I'm fired up! 🔥 A big shoutout to @Ain - Cloud Resident — your help and insight made a real difference in how I approached this. Appreciate you genuinely 🙏 This is actually my second credit union approval, following my earlier win with PenFed. The plan is to leverage both strategically — different institutions, different strengths, working together to build a solid US credit foundation 📊 Navy Federal isn't just any credit union. This one carries serious weight — strong limits, competitive rates, and the kind of institution that actually grows with you over time. For anyone on an ITIN-based credit journey, landing this one is a milestone worth celebrating 💳 A few reasons this matters: 🏦 Massive institution with real member perks 💰 Known for treating members well on limits and APR 📈 Loyalty pays off here long-term 🔓 Opens doors to stronger products down the road And here's where it gets interesting — I didn't just open the account and let it sit. I immediately linked NFCU to my Chase and Capital One accounts, funded it via Zelle, and then used the new NFCU account to pay my Capital One bill directly. Account is already active and working within the ecosystem 🔄💳 Having PenFed and Navy Federal in the mix alongside Chase and Capital One is a combination I'm genuinely excited about. The goal is a tight, interconnected profile where every institution strengthens the next 💪 Grateful for this space and everyone contributing to it. Keep sharing what's working — it clearly makes a difference 🙌 Onward! 🚀

DCU Approval After 3 Rejections (Data Point)
After 3 instant rejections, I finally got approved with DCU, so sharing exactly what happened in case it helps someone. First 3 attempts: - Tried different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari — both desktop and phone) - Tried linking a bank account and also paying with card - All got instantly declined with “unable to verify identity” - Also had weird issues with date fields in the application form 4th attempt (the one that worked): - Application didn’t get instantly rejected - I used the proxy method from the premium classroom instead of Tello roaming (not 100% sure if that’s what made the difference, but it’s the only real change) - No issues with the date fields this time After submission: - Application stayed pending for ~3 weeks - They rejected my initial address proof (insurance + phone bill didn’t work) - Waited for a card statement → submitted → approved Important note on addresses: - I entered both a home address and a different mailing address - This clearly confused the underwriter and caused back-and-forth messages - If I were to redo it, I would NOT include a separate mailing address in the application Not a smooth process at all, but it’s doable. If anyone needs a referral link, DM me.
