RE: Post Group Call/Chat Questions
Hey girlies! I've been reflecting alot since our first group call and chat. The following questions came up for me: 1. When it comes to visualisation and working towards one or more goals, do you believe visionboards are effective? E.g. saving something motivational as screen saver or placing it in your house. 2. With my line of work I'm so use to holding space for others and I've gone out of practice how to do it for myself. I was curious, what are some ways you can extend the space for yourself to be heard, seen or even to express yourself? I'm a deep thinker and I'm open to any sort of comments. 🙌🏾✨️

1. So I think visuals are great to remind ourselves of our visions and the futures we want to create for ourselves. However, we want to ensure that we’re not just making them to soothe the ego and that it actually encourages us to take the ACTION to get there. 2. Breathwork to start with. This has honestly been a game changer for me because it has allowed me to slow down, to be present and to truly listen to others. It allows you to slow your mind down so that you can hold the space for yourself and even everyone else. Presence and gratitude are key to extend the space for yourself.

@Chantal Kant absolutely!! I’ve uploaded a few in the breathwork tab in the classroom that you can get started with as they’re short and sweet but a group breathwork session is definitely going to happen!
