Using AI to lose 10lbs by summer
I wrote it here... so now I am committed... 🫣 I’m in a place right now where I really have to prioritize where my money is going while I build my business. At the same time, I’ve been holding onto an extra 10 lbs of stubborn fat and I’m over it, so I went back to my "Blondie fit" days with a bit of an upgrade. I pulled out my food scale for the first time in a long time and started tracking my macros again. My protein intake is literally half of what it should be. No wonder I’ve been binge eating and dealing with cravings. I re-downloaded MyFitnessPal. The free version works great and it’s easy because most foods are already in there. This app makes it really simple to track macros. I’ve also been using ChatGPT more strategically. I put in my weight, height and age, goals, and where I’m at in my cycle and told it to memorize it. I than have it help me with what to eat, when to eat, and how to train daily based on my sleep and where I am in my cycle. As women, there’s a lot going on hormonally. If you’re overtraining, under eating, and constantly spiking cortisol, you’re going to feel it and it will be harder to lose weight.
