LIMIT Orders
has the format changed on trading view (since kyles demonstation 2023?) when limit orders are entered? kyles is on left. mine is on right. kyles tabs were market/limit/and stop. mine say market/limit/stop/stop limit. And kyles shows easily the "take profit" and "stop loss" amount which I like! Or am I in the wong place?!! thanks

@Vic Akins so tradingview doesn't allow the sl and tp in replay mode. whats the point if you can't simulate what I would do in a real situation? so silly

Broker Question.. Before I was a part of this community, I opened a MooMoo account, and I got a free account via my 401K from Fidelity. Is it still recommended to use Ninja Trader or Tradeovate?

I have a 401k at fidelity as well. My understanding is that they dont allow futures trading. They allow options trading...on stocks but prob not on futures either. If your path is using a prop firm...apex lets say...they auto connect you with the broker they use in addition to being able to trade thru tradingview. I have not done any trading myself as im going through the courses now as well. But if yoi werr just going to trade with your own money (not thru a prop firm), you would need to get a broker to trade futures...fidelity is a no go on futures.
Clarification
I'm working my way through the training and am at The Jedi Entry. Can someone please explain to me, in very lilteral and basic terms, how to profit in a bearish market. My brain is equating down with loss, so I'm trying to reprogram. Bottom up thinker here, I need a lot of fine details to understand.

YOU DONT NEED TO OWN in order to sell it. Instead of buying low and selling high, you are selling (without owning it) high and buying it back low (which is the equivalent of buying low and selling high except in reverse). Selling something you dont have/own is the concept that you prob are having trouble with
