You’re describing transactional messages (appointment confirmations) but including promotional elements, which confuses the carrier review process.
When people opt in, you’re telling them they’ll get promotional messages and that’s marketing territory. The carriers see this mismatch and get confused about what you’re really doing. Your sample messages are also giving you away. When you include visit our website in an appointment confirmation, that’s not really a confirmation anymore, you’re marketing. A true transactional message would just say you’re confirmed and leave it at that. And then the consent language is doing you no favors either. You’re mentioning both notifications (transactional) and promotional messages (which is marketing) in the same breath. The carriers can’t figure out which one you actually are, so they just reject the whole thing altogether. It’s like walking into a restaurant and telling the host you want a table for a business meeting, but then asking for the karaoke room and party decorations. They don’t know what you actually want, so they just say no. Pick one lane and stay in it. If you want to send appointment reminders, make everything about appointment reminders. No website links, no promotional language, just pure appointment stuff.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
