Up date from last post Called half of my list I got 200 counties I called 40 of them only got 15 to lock in with a lot of them were saying BIG words I didn’t know lmao and giving me the run around if I’m truthful but the 15 I got are super cool and nice But they tell me I have to walk in to get the list so it’s decent can’t be mad I’ll call the rest tomorrow

I’m about to call every probate court in county in my state lol I’ll give the results tomorrow 😭

I’ve already said this a bunch of times on here but probates the wayyyyyy to go @rick ginn and Zach ginn aren’t lying‼️ also the leads are so reliable probates day in and day out 💰💸💵

So I have 6 leads on probates But 2 of them have said the house is still under probate but they are very interested in selling me the house is there a way around that or should i wait it out we are locked in but I don’t wanna disrespect them
