NEW Hips of Fury: HOF Long Lunge Nine is up❗️
#HOF Long Lunge Nine is 10 minutes of intense goodness. As we progress, remember the following: 1) Order has already been established for several reasons. Tissue tolerances are adaptive changes, and all physiological changes take time. 2) You will gain more by repeating each training session 2-3x at over a 7-10 day period, rather than skipping to the next session. Progressions are most meaningful with gained experience in the movements, and advances from repeating them before adding others. 3) Patience and discipline will always beat rushing and inconsistency. There is so much to be gained, and I want each of you to obtain all of it. 4) Enjoy, and Flex Hard!

Way of the Hurdler: Session Two is Up❗️
#WOH Two is through! Please remember this is an advanced, progressive series - and some of the evidence shows up in the training. The session is shorter than the apparent time length because there is more instruction of new material. Expect these to be 15-20 minutes of intense work from this point forward. Enjoy!

I am so excited to get to do this one day. I have been slowing my progression to more repeats of Enter the straddle and Pikes peak, as well as daily doses of elements from GGBB because I realized I was not getting as much out of the "complete" series as I should. Hopefully I'll be ready for Way of the Hurdler at some point!
New: GGBB Session #9 is Up❗️
#GGBB Session #9 is Up! Extend and make your SI joint work for you. This solves the first major milestone in your Access Hierarchy, and leads to a better everything else. 9 minutes of goodness.

NEW: FLE❌ Ed❗️ Hyperlinked Roadmap Document
I am experimenting with ways to link multiple forms of communication, and include visuals with text. Those visuals will include diagrams and videos, and I have just published a test case that hyperlinks topics from a diagram back to the full document that it represents. Please take a look at this beta version idea, and let me know if presenting this way is helpful. https://sites.google.com/flextheory.com/flexedroadmaps/home

both the roadmap and the full document have their own benefits, depending on the type and stage of the learner. Clicking around the roadmap might be preferable if you already know what you are looking for. But the full document might work better in terms of introducing someone to the topic and taking them through a series of digestible information sequences. I'd have to think about how the presentation of the roadmap might evolve as you get more topics. Right now they are sort of like clickable summaries of the documents. I can see some folks getting a bit overwhelmed about where to click and what to click if they don't have targets that they are looking for. And even if they do have targets, it might get to be some work as more topics are added. I'll try to think of a way to describe a Miradi-style map that might allow more of an exploratory experience, where curiosity about one topic might lead to a "choose your own adventure" type of experience as they wander around a sort of web of topics according to interest. But I'll have to think on this for a template that will allow topic addition and linking that is not necessarily linear.

@Andre Victorian Thank you for your effort!
Sacral area is alive!
I was wondering if anyone else has felt their sacral area coming to life. See yellow triangle in the image attached. Since doing FlexTheory for the last 6 months, I've really noticed my sacral area having physical sensations in the last week or two. Never have I ever noticed any sensation in that area when I moved. When doing GGBB from the start I did feel stretching in the sacral area a little bit more each time. Then doing ETS seemed to have gradually made that sacral area come to life. It's so hard to explain it. It's like the ligaments in the area are no longer stuck in position, but is able to respond to where my legs and hips want to move, and I can feel something happening in that region. What in the world is this magic @Andre Victorian ??
