I'd like to create some triggers on my GHL workflows based on the status of the Myna agent. For example, if my agent is following up with a lead, I want an email sent at the same time. I know Myna's email system is coming soon, but I already have it set up on my GHL. So the flow is basically: Agent following up → get the recent conversation history → send a personalized email. Is there a custom field or "Myna status" I can create that gets updated when the Myna agent is doing its thing?
