SSD stopped due to overpayments
Hi Dr. Weir. Question. I was on SSD I made extra money and they stopped my benefits last month. Now they sent me a letter with overpaymnts of $85.000. I believe I made money over the limits; what I don't believe is I own $85K. I believe there is an error in calculating this amount. what can I do to lower this amount? Thank you.

Hi Dr. Weir. I filed form SSA-634 and waiting for the answer with the monthly amount I have to pay. if they say $1000 a month can I ask them to lower the amount at this point? How should I word that to them?

Hi Dr. Weir . question. I filed SSA 634 with financial evidence, now they want me to pay $1000.00 a month for the overpayments. I want to lower this amount; because is too high. whats the best way to ask SS to lower this amount for 60 months?
