You Voted 🗳️ ✅ Mystery Groove #1 Is Now Live 🙌
Today I was teaching a lesson in the park with Amin. We revisited a groove we'd learned a while ago. This time we came back to it... and found there was still more inside it. After the lesson, Amin asked if I'd play it one more time so he could remember it. So this was the demo ❤️ —— 🛸 —— A few days ago I asked you —the Handpan Skool community — which lesson I should unlock next... Mystery Groove got the most votes 🙌 So it's now unlocked through Tuesday July 21st for everyone inside Handpan Skool. You'll find it inside the Classroom → Tutorial Videos. ❤️ It starts the same way... One simple groove... and a chance to discover just how much music can grow from it. Once you've had a chance to work through it, I'd love to hear... What did you discover? Or better yet... Post a video in the community! 🫶 I'd love to see where your groove goes. One of my favorite parts of teaching is seeing how each of you takes the same idea and turns it into something completely your own. —— 🛸 —— If you enjoy this lesson and you'd like to keep exploring... 🌊 FLOW Club is where we keep exploring ideas like these. Each lesson opens another direction through new grooves, musical ideas, and ways of moving around the handpan, all designed to help you keep expanding your musical vocabulary. You'll also get weekly tutorial drops, the full Groove Library, live workshops, and a growing collection of lessons designed to keep your musical journey moving forward. It's just $33/month, and you can cancel anytime. 🤙 If you'd like more personal guidance, you'll also find information about 1:1 Lessons inside the Classroom. Wherever you're at in your journey, I'd love to keep making music with you. I can't wait to hear what you create! 🛸✨

Wow! Thank you @Daniel Rheinhold and @Justin Ezor. Getting to watch you and listening to your reasoning and then listening to Justin afterwards was such an incredible learning experience. I totally opened my mind up to a whole new set of skills and possibilities. Thank you both. I can’t wait to get to that groove and lesson and t add what I’ve learned from you both so that I can apply it to the piece that I have been working on.

Hi Justin, I've been playing around with your suggestions and allowing myself to just go and learn and explore. I took advantage of learning where the notes are on my pan and exploring the sounds. I haven't figured out how to "give it air" yet but, given that I've only been doing this since March, I'm pretty happy with my keeping the groove. Thanks for your nudge. Feedback is always welcome to aid in my growth. lots of love and hugs your way.

🛸One more day.
I was planning to move Limb Independence – Level 1 back into the premium library yesterday. But after seeing so many new members joining Handpan Skool over the past few days, I didn’t want them to miss it before they even had a chance to watch. So I’m leaving it unlocked for one more day. 🙌 📍 You’ll find it here: Classroom → Tutorial Videos → Limb Independence – Level 1 This lesson is one of my favorite foundations because it isn’t really about limb independence. It’s about learning how one simple idea can keep unfolding into more music. That’s exactly what my newest reel is exploring too. ⏳ Tomorrow it’ll return to the premium library inside FLOW Club. If you work through it, I’d genuinely love to hear how it goes. Share your biggest takeaway below, or post a video if you’d like some feedback and encouragement. Happy practicing! 😁🤙🛸✨❤️‍🔥

I totally understand how life gets busy sometimes. You toss in a couple of kids into the mix and life gets really complex and busy. that’s great that the boys have a dad that’s so interested in their well-being.
FREE Through Monday: Limb Independence – Level 1
**UPDATE - this one's back in the FLOW Club lesson library** Two brothers sat beside me while I was playing in the park. They listened for over a minute… Then one of them smiled and said: “I think you’re singing about the planets.” 🪐 That moment stayed with me. He wasn’t thinking about hand technique. Or rhythm. Or limb independence. He was simply describing where the music had taken him. That’s what all the practice is really for. Not to think about exercises forever. But to embody them so completely that they quietly disappear… …and all that’s left is expression. Because the destination was never the exercise. The destination was always the music. 🇺🇸 Since this weekend is all about celebrating freedom and independence, I thought it’d be fun to unlock one of my favorite foundational lessons for everyone here in Handpan Skool🫶 As a thank you for being part of this community, Limb Independence – Level 1 is now available for free inside the Tutorial Videos course in the Classroom. 📍 You’ll find it here: Classroom → Tutorial Videos → Limb Independence – Level 1 This lesson is one of the foundational exercises I teach to help your hands become more independent, so your attention can gradually shift away from technique… and toward making music. ⏳ It’ll stay unlocked through Monday night, then it’ll return to the premium Skills & Drills library inside FLOW Club. If you work through it, I’d genuinely love to hear how it goes or answer any questions that come up. Feel free to come back here and share your biggest takeaway (or even a video of you trying it out if you’d like some feedback and encouragement). Happy Fourth, everyone! ❤️🤍💙🛸✨
