Homework week2 - BodyShame
1. Spill drink: A lot of feelings came up before and I felt really uncomfortable doing it. In my head I tried to plan and create the least messy accident and every choice from what beverage, place and how was very intentional. Afterwards it didn’t feel that bad at all.  2. This assignment was so much harder than I first thought. So much of what I do and think is on autopilot. A lot of thoughts related to lack was repeating.  3. This one surprised me. I repeat awful things to myself about my face and my body every day.

On-boarding and Q&A Live Call tomorrow.
Hey Guys. I need to cancel the live calls tomorrow. I’m down and out with the fever and cough my kid brought home from daycare….again. To all the moms…..how do you deal with the constant getting sick? I’m still available if you have any questions. You can send them in a DM or post in the community. I’ll be live for Lesson Two in Shameless on Wednesday regardless of how I feel.

Homework week1 - Shameless workshop (Childhood)
🟣 You will need a designated book or journal. Ive been doing my homework in this book but Im going to summarise my homework here also to hold myself accountable. 🟣 Set an intention for this workshop. My intention is to go all in, even when it’s uncomfortable I will keep going and do every homework in this workshop. I will make the most of this opportunity and show up fully. I have a vision to finish this workshop with a good relationship to money, a relaxed one where I feel safe holding much more money and safe showing up in my business and in my body. I also see myself enjoying life more, bursting out in laughter more and trusting myself more. I do not contract when I vision this, it feels very close and real to me. This new me is more confident, clear and certain of my power and the outcome that im creating. Im also more present and not in the future or the past. It feels like the exhale I’ve been wanting for years and I can already feel it. The first goal I have is to have a stable 100k SEK in my company every month. The second goal is to move to my boyfriend part time. 🟣 Trauma Repair. Ive done this and could access 6 memories from my younger childhood, I will continue this process when more memories come up. 🟣Tell your story. Ive told my sister, my friends, my boyfriend, my mentor and mum so far. I have done this for some time now, I’ve known about this money pattern and shame for a while and I don’t have a problem to talk about it anymore. 🟣 Make a list. I will insert a picture of my list, its still a work in progress but Ive crossed a few thing already. 🟣 Declutter. Im currently traveling but I will continue to declutter my email, my computer and phone, its very much needed.

….Which is exactly why it feels like “if it’s not one thing it’s another” This is how it works. The closer you get, the louder and more inconvenient the interference. Because free will exists no one can stop you from acting out your desires directly, so the strategy becomes to overwhelm. Make you so tired, so scattered, so beaten down that YOU take YOURSELF out. Don’t. When pressure comes from every angle, that’s not a sign to quit. That’s confirmation that things are about to change. You don’t get that level of resistance unless you’re actually over the target. Most people quit right before their breakthrough. Right before the shift. That’s the only reason breakthroughs feel rare….:because people leave before threshold. You’re not most people. You came here specifically for this moment. Your whole lineage did. Stay in the game. Get what you came for = Destiny
