Hey everyone! 👋 I’m Emmanuella Jason, a nurse with 7 years of experience in patient care, caffeine consumption, and pretending I’m not tired during a 12-hour shift. I’m all about making patients feel better, keeping my coworkers sane, and helping healthcare professionals glow up their résumés, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles so they can land the jobs they actually WANT (and maybe jobs with fewer night shifts 😅). I love caring for people, sharing laughs during the chaos, and helping nurses present themselves confidently on paper because we’re way more awesome than our old résumés say we are. I know many of you probably are wondering, why you're here since there is hardly any activity going on, but I ask you to be patient as I work on my schedule and prepare to be fully present as I move into my role as a Care Management Consultant and Mentor. I have been learning and growing, for the past few years. It's time to lead and even though that comes with more responsibility and accountability I am ready to share what I know with those of you ready to learn.
