Using Claude to find out why my channel could fail - and getting helpful insights
After a long conversation with Claude today about my new channel (no videos yet - but planned out for 10 videos) - I asked this: If 12 months form now my channel failed, what would be the most likely reasons? I got an answer of most likely reasons in order of probability> It then asked which ones worried me most. After my answer - it gave me ways to be aware - and prevent.

don't trust ai that much .. because at the end it pulls it's source of random websites even old information. i mostly use ai to make thumbnail and works great
do i need a intro and outro
got out reached on Instagram a freelancer asking me if i am interested in a intro and outro. i did checked out the page looks like a decent designer but idk if i need it . but he seemed very humble tbh . but still there's lot of unprofessional but mostly the email. btw how many marketing email you guys get . mine is like 60 to even 100 a day .
WHICH OPTION DO I CHOOSE?
I'm looking for a budget action camera on Black Friday, I think DJI products look good. Do I go for the Action 4, 5 or Nano? Any personal recommendations would be appreciated. #oldenoughtoknowbetter

Hey Alan, quick heads-up before you buy: DJI cameras look great on paper, but a lot of people don’t realize the camera won’t actually work until you activate it with the DJI app and scan their QR code. If their app has issues or you don’t want to link your account, the camera basically becomes unusable. Just mentioning this because many of us only find out after buying. If you want something that works straight out of the box without all that, you might want to look at GoPro or Insta360 instead. i think insta360 is doing great Hope this saves you some Black Friday headaches

🔍 Email Analysis — Real or Fake? Subject Line: Your Channel’s Good — But It’s Not Converting Power - Assessment: Attention-grabbing, specific, and tailored. It implies familiarity with your work. - Verdict: ✅ Real. Not generic or clickbait. 📩 Email Body Breakdown 1. Personalization & Context "Hey Bret, You've got 170+ videos, prime Seattle listings..." - Assessment: This shows that the sender did actual research. He references your video count, geography, and real estate niche. - Verdict: ✅ Real. Spammers rarely include verifiable, personal context. 2. Critique with Specifics "Titles read like brochures...Too local...No signature format..." - Assessment: Constructive, actionable feedback — rare in cold emails. Also uses a clear example (“Kirkland is Where Amazon Money Buys Silence”). - Verdict: ✅ Real and valuable. Suggests understanding of branding and content hooks. 3. Tone & Positioning "I don’t boost channels. I weaponize them." - Assessment: Bold, confident tone meant to position the sender as an expert. Sounds like personal branding, not automation. - Verdict: ✅ Professional marketer or consultant. 4. Call to Action "If you want help turning views into whale leads, let’s talk." - Assessment: Clear value proposition (turning views into leads). Not pushy, no links asking for money upfront. - Verdict: ✅ Legit offer to connect — not a scammy CTA. 5. Credentials & Identity “Zayn, YouTube Strategist and framer expert”Includes a Linktree and a Google-verified license badge. - Assessment: The link is to a verified profile. “Framer expert” adds niche credibility (Framer is a UI/UX tool). - Verdict: ✅ Likely real professional. Linktree use is common for digital consultants. 🚩 What’s Not Here (And That’s Good): - No misspellings or grammar errors. - No weird links, crypto offers, or affiliate traps. - No aggressive sales pitch or urgency trick (like “limited spots!”). - No red flags like Gmail-only address or vague “digital marketing expert” claims.
Kindly Feedback Request 🙏
Hi friends,I’ve been dealing with a bit of procrastination lately, so I decided to outsource the editing of this video. It’s about 16 minutes long, and I’d really love to hear your thoughts. ✨ How do you feel about the video length?Should I keep future videos around 16 minutes, or would a shorter format—8 to 10 minutes—be better for you to watch? 🎥 Also, how’s the video quality?Do you find it clear and enjoyable to watch, or do you have any suggestions for improvement? Your feedback really matters to me—it helps me grow and create better content for you. Thank you for being here 💛 https://youtu.be/5QZM3wpk2l4?si=JifdJSX3WBqxP_V3

@Handan Namlı how much they charged you .

@Handan Namlı Yeah, but first I need to know your budget and a few other details. But here’s my first piece of advice—don’t go to Fiverr. The good ones charge a lot there because Fiverr takes a 20% cut. And honestly, there are a lot of unprofessional sellers too.
