You want content that converts?
You want content that converts? Ask yourself these two questions. 1. Does your ideal person know/want/need what you're selling? This is the foundation of your messaging. If your product or service doesn't align with their needs, no amount of marketing will convince them. That’s why its important to really know your audience and understand the customer journey so you tailor content according to the phase they’re in. 2. Does your ideal person feel like you're the right fit? Are you the person they want to work with? Because let’s be honest, even if they find you, they could still have concerns and questions. People buy from people. Specifically in service-based businesses. Your messaging should reflect your personality, values, and expertise. The key to effective messaging is understanding your ideal customer. This isn't just about demographics (age, location, position, etc.) it's about their needs, desires, and pain points.

Great distinction, Dana 🎯 To add a perspective from the funnel world: Think of the Launch Phase as 'Harvesting'. 🌾 You spend the previous months doing Awareness and Connection (Planting seeds & Watering). When Launch week arrives, the goal isn't to say 'Hello, I exist' (Awareness) anymore; it’s to say 'Here is the solution to the problem we discussed' (Conversion). If you focus too much on Awareness during the short launch window, you distract the people who are already warm and ready to buy. Harvest first, then go back to planting 🚀
The triple-c rule of content creation
Have you heard of the triple-C rule of creating content? Basically, your content should: Catch - Connect - Convert. So here are 3 ideas for you to use this week: Share a tip to improve your audience's situation in just 5 minutes a day. Share a relatable pain point or desire to ensure your audience you know exactly what they need. Share one main desire and preview how your offer helps in achieving it. PS: Have you checked out the Free Content Planning class yet? I walk you through a step-by-step process to plan your content in a simple and efficient way so you can move this task from your to-do list into your done list! 🤩 Find it in the classroom section. Happy creating.

The Triple-C is fundamental 💎 From an Ads perspective, I see so many businesses fail because they try to jump straight from Catch to Convert (Click -> Buy) and completely skip the Connect phase. That middle 'C' is exactly where Trust is built and where the real profitability happens long-term. Great framework to live by. Thanks Dana

Something you need to change in your content
In the past 6 months, I have written more than 550 scripts for clients in the health/ nutrition industry, mental health industry, service-industry, and coaching industry. I write a between 12-30 posts per client each month. In addition to that, I have been consistently posting content and stories on my page too. I have noticed some patterns that make content more impactful and here is a main takeaway you can start implementing with your content too for better results. If the content has one specific takeaway, it is more memorable and more effective. For example, if you are sharing tips about public speaking, instead of listing 3 different ways to boost your confidence, focus on one specific point only, for example: How to "sound" more confident. Average content idea: 3 ways to speak confidently in front of a group: Prepare your material, practice infront of a mirror, speak slowly. Better content idea: 3 ways to speak confidently in front of a group: Speak slowly, take pauses, avoid monotony. (See how all these tips fall under voice only?) More specific, more memorable. PS: See how I implemented this tip in this post too? 😉 Let me know if you are interested in knowing the other 2 takeaways in future posts.

Spot on Dana 🎯 From a Media Buying perspective, Specificity is exactly what lowers Ad Costs. General hooks appeal to everyone (and no one). Specific hooks qualify the audience instantly and stop the scroll
