In the Export Certificate lecture, at the end, its mentioned that if the mileage shown on the export papers is higher than the actual mileage on the vehicle’s meter, then the customer must be rejected because the vehicle cannot be cleared. Can you please explain the reason why this issue occurs and how we can overcome or resolve this problem?
