Use these prompts to get more clients
Lately, I've been thinking deeply about what makes an expert-led business last. For years, I believed greater visibility required more of me: more posts, more videos, more stories, and more time online. My experience taught me something different. Visibility can open doors, yet a business becomes fragile when every sale, client result, and decision depends on the founder showing up. My work building AI operating systems and custom AI apps for experts has made this lesson even clearer. Every client carries valuable knowledge in her head: frameworks, stories, standards, instincts, and decisions refined through years of experience. That knowledge becomes a real business asset once we extract, organize, and turn it into a repeatable method. AI can produce polished content in seconds. Copycats can imitate your language. Neither can easily reproduce your lived experience, professional judgment, proven process, or client results. Your methodology creates the moat. Start documenting how you solve problems. Capture the questions you ask, the patterns you notice, the decisions you make, and the steps clients follow. Then turn that knowledge into assessments, frameworks, training, templates, workflows, or an AI-powered tool. Use these two prompts to begin: ✅Prompt 1: Extract My Method "Act as an intellectual property strategist. Interview me one question at a time to uncover how I help [ideal client] achieve [specific result]. Explore how I diagnose problems, make decisions, guide implementation, measure progress, and correct mistakes. After the interview, organize my process into a clear, repeatable framework." ✅Prompt 2: Find My Founder-Dependency Gaps "Act as a business systems advisor. Help me identify every area where my business depends on my direct involvement. Review content, marketing, sales, onboarding, delivery, client support, and follow-up. Rank each dependency by revenue risk and recommend one process, asset, automation, or team handoff that could reduce it."

I was just going to say that others can copy everything, except your story! Love that first prompt.
🎊Happy Saturday! Big News!
Hope everyone had a wonderful week. Please share your wins from the week, your revelations, progress, challenges. 📣Big news: This community will be moving from free to paid in the next few days. I want to have a more focused and intentional space. I'm not kicking you out as long as you are active in the community. I will have to filter out people who are not active more than 6 months. Lots of new resources and trainings coming. I will put all this in a separate post with more details. Thank you for being an active member and for making this community a warm and safe place.❤️

No big wins this week. Just some progress cleaning up and getting organized. Have way too many "To Do" lists! Goodness.😳

@Nicole McCain AI Thank you! I actually keep starting new to do lists, so I have accumulated lots of them. Thinking about scanning them all into Claude so I have one list and then I will try ToDoist. Fingers crossed.

🌴Saturday, what are you working on?
Happy Saturday from sunny Los Angeles! Hope you had a wonderful productive week. Please share your wins from the week, your revelations, progress, challenges. I had a wonderful time at the leadership in heels conference connected with business partners friends. I also had a podcast interview so lots of traveling back and forth in LA. Two things I took away from the conference: Operate in alignment and step out of fear and into purpose!🔥 What are you executing this weekend?

Spent this weekend redesigning parts of my Santa letters website so it is ready for the upcoming October - December season. Actually dabled in Shopify liquid code, which was super scary, to say the least. But, ChatGPT walked me through the entire thing. Where would we be without AI? Crazy to even say that. 😂 Then I set up my GitHub account and it walked me through backing up my website. Pretty cool, but more stuff to learn. Gulp! Also worked on a study plan so I know what I need to tackle first when it comes to my website studio and becoming a skilled AI consultant. And worked a tiny bit on my children's Christmas book. A lot on my plate, but I have faith that if I persevere and work methodically, I will get to my goals. Failure is not an option. 🙏🏽‼️

@Dr. Severine Bryan Thank you! Trying really hard...
Quote of the day by Denzel Washington
I saw this online an was intrigued because its so true and this is exactly what I tell myself and my clients each day. This is the reason I wrote my book, The AI-Powered Obe Hour Workday. One of the first frameworks I take my clients through is the 48-Hour Truth Audit. This Audit uncovers how you ate actually spending your time each day. The invisible tasks, the context switching, wrong priorities that leave you feeling like you get little accomplished each day. I'll drop a 5 minute audio overview of the book below. Check it out and let me know what resonates Here's the quote: “Just because you are doing a lot more doesn't mean you are getting a lot done. Don't confuse movement with progress!” What do you to each day tp ensure uou are working on the things that truly move the needle?👇🏾

That is so true, Nicole! Wow: “Just because you are doing a lot more doesn't mean you are getting a lot done. Don't confuse movement with progress!” Seems like my days are just like this lately. Working on getting a schedule/plan because it is crazy.
