AI Content automation
Question for the AI agent/automation pros: can anyone suggest a workflow to achieve this? I want to build a system that turns "Viral Trends" into "Ready-to-Post Drafts" automatically. The Workflow: 1. Spot Trends: AI monitors TikTok/IG for viral videos in my niche and grabs the transcripts. 2. Rewrite: AI takes those concepts and writes new scripts/carousel text for me. 3. Create: AI (like Nano Banana/Gemini) generates the actual images for the post. 4. Review: It all lands in a spreadsheet for me to check before posting. Basically: Automated generation -> Human approval. Does a tool stack like this exist out of the box, or do I need to piece it together?
Want to test the BMC platform for 3 months at a big discount?
Hey everyone. We're about to sign up for the Brands Meet Creators platform for a 3 month test (costs $5K at full price for one brand) but we have been going back and forth with them for some time and they have now offered us an agency rate if we onboard with other brands. The savings can be pretty substantial if a few of us do it together. 1. AGENCY 2-5 BRANDS:  Quarterly $8,000 // Yearly $25,000 ($320 per month per brand) 2. AGENCY 6-12 BRANDS: Quarterly $15,000 // $50,000  ($416 per month per brand) Referral fee if you recommend a brand that signs on to our platform or a Boost is $1000. We're under no illusions about the tool and have done a lot of homework. It's essentially just a really streamlined way to work with creators on retainer. This still only works if you have product market fit (or want to seriously test whether you do) and are able to provide creators with excellent content strategies and generally coach them effectively. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: - Cuts out a lot of manual work in terms of finding, setting up and managing retainer relationships. - Provides access to vetted, motivated creators who are performance driven and either proven on TTS or trying hard to make it work (the creators on the platform pay to be there and attend coaching sessions, etc.) - Good range of pricing, with many unproven creators willing to take on retainers at well under $40 per video (which is our overall target) and also some proven winners who obviously charge more. BMC tells them to set their rates at 25% of their GMV per video or something like that. - Simple, safe payments only once agreed deliverables are met (including revisions). - Centralized communications and all in one affiliate management platform (at least for creators you find there). - Facilitates trust between creators and brands, which we have found to be a big drain with manual outreach, payments and timing of deliverables, etc. Cons: - Currently only around 800-900 creators on the platform (and <50 brands). We're in beauty & personal care and estimate based on the demos we have had that we'll find around 20-40 that we'll actually want to work with and fit our budget, which seems fine for a 3 month test period. BMC have 80K in their total network. - Price. $5K that could otherwise be spent on pure content creation. On the other hand, splitting $8K between 2-5 brands starts to reduce this barrier substantially. - You still need to figure out everything yourself in terms of content strategy, coaching, etc.

We're already using https://www.growi.io/grow to manage our retainer affiliates. BMC looks cool though, do you think there would be additional value for me to use BMC as well? If so I could be keen to try it out
Diversify onto other channels - Clipping and reposting
Hi all! I've been interested for a while in replicating how Oliver Brocato grew Tabs Chocolates to $10M in 12 months by building a massive discord army of content reposters working on sales commission. If you haven't seen this, I'd recommend checking out this video where he lays it all out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FEKavpg2IGo Put simply: 1) Collect your existing viral content in a content library 2) Get thousands of reposters to log in each day and redistribute it with minor edits across multiple platforms 3) Pay commission to reposters, but more importantly attract millions of additional views, driving sales on Amazon and retail Pretty cool right? [If you're able to invest in building that reposter army] WELL: It seems the reposter hype has faded somewhat since participants grew increasingly aware that there wasn't actually that much money to be made in it for them. Most of them give up before landing a viral repost, or found commission was low either way because most customers go to Amazon rather than using their affiliate code on your website Recently I've been looking into this new site (whop CR) which has a lot of hype surrounding it right now. Instead of sales commission, reposters/clippers are paid per view. Reposters seem to be much more incentivised by ppv, even if it seems a little riskier issuing payouts with no certain sales attribution. Meanwhile, all the view tracking, verification and community management is taken care of within Whop. Anyone experimented with this sort of content distribution? How did you go about building the army of reposters, which platforms did you experiment with for the reposts (I've heard YT shorts is easiest to set up a new channel and go viral) and how do you feel about pay per view? Keen to exchange insights if anyone fancies jumping on a quick call! Have been looking at this for some time now.

This is super interesting @Claudia Swindale , have you run into any duplicate content issues on Shorts/Reels? Unfortunately I don’t have any value to add here but bumping post for visibility

Hi all, I'm Mike CEO Boldify, a mid-8 figure haircare brand. Started it on Amazon in 2016 and now expanded into Walmart and Target. Going all-in on TikTok Shop this year and looking to learn as much as possible on affiliate recruitment and management.
