Moving out of California
Since most of my clients are moving out of California, referrals have been a huge win for me this past year. I have referred to agents in New Hampshire, Florida, Texas, Nevada and Hawaii. Loan limit for the .75 credit
Conforming limit in San Diego County is over $1million. Is there a loan limit for the .75 credit program in my area? High balance? Thanks

I am in a higher limit area, For 2026, the FHA loan limits in San Diego County have increased to $832,750 for low-balance (baseline) and $1,104,000 for high-balance 1-unit properties. These limits apply to detached homes, condos, and townhomes, providing higher borrowing power to match rising home values in the area.
