I’ll be real for a second I haven’t closed my first wholesale deal yet. Every day feels like a grind and most of what I hear is “no.” But I don’t have a backup plan. I’m not here to dabble or “see if this works” this has to work. I’m all in, and I’m going to keep pushing until that first yes comes through.

I followed all 4 funnel steps. Linked my privacy and terms to the site and published everything. When I click on landing page it takes me directly to the page. But then I try to search it up on google and says page not available? Help please

Sooo I’m up for a new challenge tomorrow in my wholesaling career…. I just got off the phone with a seller who only speaks Spanish they have a distressed property in Alabama and they live in Lakeland Florida they are driving down to Orlando to meet me in person to sign the agreement in person they did not feel comfortable signing online because they had a terrible experience and given the fact that they don’t speak English seems like people have already taken advantage of them. So I understood their concern and told them to come to the office tomorrow at 12:30pm. This would be my first time going over a contract in Spanish in person. I’ve gone over a contract in person before but just not in Spanish lmaooo wish my luck guys 🤞🏼
