I’m struggling with a former lover. I cant live with her and can’t live without her. She can’t take it anymore and I’m trying to heal from her rejection.  2 years on and off.  Words from the videos give me support and I have been stoic and held no contact. When I bumped into her I couldn’t help myself.  She admitted hurting for me a lot.  The chemicals in my brain are flowing like I’m a teenager again. I am again having to go no contact and I feel could be the final chapter.
