🐻 - I would definitely be hibernating. After my son being ill several times, me having flu and the horrible cold and grey weather I could do with hiding in a whole for another month

I am new around here 🥰
Hi Everyone, My name is Toni and I am from Brisbane, Queensland Australia. I am the owner of the Business Habit Society and I help women in Business build habits and simple systems so their business feels easier to run. An area I want more clarity and alignment with is around growth and where to focus my energy so I am not spreading myself to thing. I tend to follow the shiny objects and get easily distracted from doing the things that will actually help me make progress towards my goals. Something that helps me is that I've noticed that if I move my body first thing in the morning, the rest of the day tends to flow but if I skip this my day tends to be all over the place and I find it hard to get started on anything. I also have a normal version of how of all the little tasks I am to do but then I have a fallback version which is the smallest action towards that for days when I have low energy. That helps me feel like I am still making progress even though its tiny. Unfortunately, I have no gym or movement selfies. 😊 Looking forward to getting to know all of you 🌻

I love this so much, what you described on needing to move but having a fall back on days where you do smaller actions is great. This is something I definitely believe in. Welcome to the group
