Happy Thursday! I'm MeMe O'Brien, a Health & Wellness Coach specializing in helping people living with pre-diabetes and diabetes manage their health. I show people how they can take control of their health by making small changes leading to larger ones. I would love to collaborate with Primary Care Practitioners, Endocrinologists, Registered Dieticians, and fitness trainers to provide clients with well-rounded options for their care. My value to my clients is to help them unlock their abilities to make positive changes in their daily lives. I coach them to bring together Body, Mind, & Spirit and show them that it is all connected. I give them tools to reduce stress to not be overwhelmed by their diagnosis.
