Hi everyone, hope you're well. My name is Mehdi, I'm 28 and I live in Paris, France. I'm going through a difficult time because I've been taking benzodiazepines for almost 3 years due to anxiety, a stupid doctor prescribed them without warning me about the side effects and addiction. I do a lot of sport, I eat healthy, I sleep early and I spend a lot of time in the sun and in nature. I really pay attention to my lifestyle. But because of the fatigue caused by the benzos I take a lot of coffee and nicotine (zyn), I know it's not great but the fatigue caused by the benzos forces me. I'm in the process of cutting back 10% a week because unfortunately I can't stop cold turkey. I hope to have good discussions with you and that we can help each other as much as possible.
