So I definitely filed a ucc1 a while back and recall speaking to ministerbee about perfection but pardon me I don’t recall the significance and the how to file a non ucc to perfect it . If I’m not mistaken he said to write it out n upload it 🤦♂️ (don’t come for me this was a while ago ) any tips advice or direction where to search is appreciated 🙏

@Minister Beryl Princess King 🙏 gratitude , yes I have a security agreement and a hold harmless i had put the all caps as the debtor and the lower case the creditor . Collateral I put everything under the sun (not literally) all rights , titles , and interests among other things . My ? Is how do I do the non ucc filin properly as that is what perfected the public side

I was In this community a while back but I was driven by fear and anxiety to play catch up and get things done . Often jumping into the fire without knowing the why. I’ve had hypno therapy with ministerbe two days ago and my honest opinion is it’s well worth it and needed ! I’m no longer afraid to execute and even greater is I now know why I’m executing. Much gratitude to him 🙏. This is a one stop community ! Since I last been here I’ve become a minister , setup 2 trusts revocable living /irrevocable , for a fidelity acc for the irrevocable, LLC my name , trademarked my name , funded the trust with $21 money order, got me ein for the estate , and now I’m here to fully reclaim the estate and maintain the highest equitable interest in anything with my name. I look forward to this journey along side like minded individuals 🤞 #actiontakers

Peace , I thought a name change and name correction are two different concepts . If I’m not mistaken the first is a privelage since your asking someone to change your name , versus you popping up and correcting the record .. @Norwood MinisterBeeBetta Williams Jr. would know much moree

@Norwood MinisterBeeBetta Williams Jr. guess it all comes down to enforcing /snitching on them to the regulatory bodies but I don’t think they will just lay down so I’ll start looking at the cases you posted to gage what type of defenses they use
