๐Ÿ“ง Complete GHL Email Deliverability Fix Guide (March 2026 Update)
Hey everyone! I've been deep-diving into GHL's latest email performance data and wanted to share a comprehensive deliverability setup that's working for my sub-accounts. THE PROBLEM: GHL's March 2026 report shows 97.47% average delivery rate. But if you're on shared domains, your actual delivery rate is likely 89-93%. That means 7-11% of your emails are vanishing into spam. THE FIX (Step-by-Step): Step 1: Switch to Dedicated Domain - Settings > Email > Domain Settings - Add your custom domain - Cost: ~$12-15/year Step 2: DNS Authentication (CRITICAL) - SPF Record: Add GHL's SPF include to your DNS - DKIM Record: Enable in GHL settings, add CNAME records - DMARC Record: Start with p=none, upgrade to p=quarantine after 2 weeks, eventually p=reject Step 3: Domain Warmup Schedule - Week 1: 50 emails/day max - Week 2: 100-200 emails/day - Week 3: 300-500 emails/day - Week 4: Scale to normal volume Step 4: Content Best Practices - Avoid spam trigger words - Keep text-to-image ratio balanced - Test with GlockApps or Mail-Tester before big sends THE RESULTS (across 12 sub-accounts): - Delivery rate: 97.5% โ†’ 99.1% - Open rate: 22% โ†’ 41% - Spam complaints: 0.08% โ†’ 0.01% Has anyone found a better approach? Especially curious about multiple dedicated domains for different client verticals. #GoHighLevel #GHLExpert #HighLevelCRM #EmailDeliverability #MarketingAutomation #CRMTools

๐Ÿ“š Quick Skill: Implementing GHL's AI Agent Action in Workflows
Today's micro-lesson: Adding autonomous decision-making to your GHL automations. Step 1: Open your workflow in GHL Step 2: Click '+' to add an action Step 3: Scroll to find 'AI Agent Action' (newly added) Step 4: Configure your AI Agent: - Choose model (recommend: Claude 3 Haiku for speed/cost balance) - Set clear instructions: 'Analyze incoming lead message and determine intent: booking, support, or nurture' - Define output variables: lead_intent, confidence_score, recommended_action Step 5: Use the output variables in subsequent actions: - If lead_intent = 'booking' โ†’ Book appointment - If lead_intent = 'support' โ†’ Create support ticket - Else โ†’ Add to nurture sequence Pro Tip: Start with a simple use case like lead qualification before tackling complex scenarios. Want me to share a ready-to-import workflow template with this AI Agent action pre-configured? Just comment 'AI Workflow' below and I'll send it via DM! #GHLTutorial #WorkflowAutomation #AIEmployee #GHLTips

Got 10K MRR after 6 months with 46 clients!
Big shout out to @Clay Lawrence ! I genuinely couldnโ€™t have done this without his blueprint. To anyone starting out and doubting themselves or the process, donโ€™t. Just show up every day, do the work, follow the steps, and the results will come. Iโ€™ve had many businesses before (or at least tried to). I failed plenty of times, mostly because I never knew if what I was doing was the right thing. Because of that, I kept changing strategies instead of sticking to what actually worked. Since joining this community, I never felt like I had to guess. I had proper guidance and real references from people who were already doing exactly what I wanted to do and doing it successfully. That gave me confidence. I knew what I was doing was right, I just had to do it long enough for the results to show. Sales experience helped me a lot, which is why I used cold calling as my main acquisition channel. Other than that, I had zero GHL experience and learned everything from scratch. Itโ€™s been an amazing but very challenging journey. Iโ€™ve had five clients cancel so far, but that didnโ€™t stop me. If anything, it helped me realize they werenโ€™t the right fit and taught me valuable lessons. Iโ€™ve probably taken ten to fifteen days off in the last six months. I pushed hard because I wanted to hit 10K, and honestly, I didnโ€™t mind the workload. I got addicted to the process and started treating sales like a game. To everyone out there, take action, try, learn, and win. Donโ€™t sit back and overthink, youโ€™ll just waste time you could be using to make money. For reference, I closed my first three sales before I even finished the basics of setting up GHL.
