Live Lessons
Hello everyone hope you are all well. Sorry for being a little inactive on here recently. I have been really busy at the moment with life and music/gigging. I am hoping to carry on with the live lessons very soon if it's something you are all still wanting? Let me-know in the comments below:-)

Definately yes, please! Although I'm still tied up with my work and I cannot attend live lessons anyway due to the time difference, I always look forward watching the archives. But I understand you are a busy musician (great thing!) and we need time to practice each challenge before posting anything, so maybe once in two weeks or so?

This weeks Challenge - No live this week 🥁
Hey gang, I am really sorry there is no live lesson this week. I have had some exciting but time consuming jobs come in which you will all hear about soon enough. I have recorded this weeks challenge for you in the video below. I would love to see you all post your efforts through the week. It's a great warm up exercise we should all be able to manage and will help us all regardless of level you are at 😀. Sticking RRLLRRLL - 32nd notes RLRLRLRL - 32nd notes RLRR LRLL - 16th notes

@George Farrar I tried these doubles for about half an hour, at a speed bit faster than demonstrated in the classroom video, and I could already tell it would help me build mustle in my forearms and improve my left-hand stick control...! And I found "Stone" in "stone killer exercise" comes from George Lawrence Stone of the book Stick Control, named by Joe Morello. Very interesting. Thanks again, George!
